Coverage and timing

We deliver across Bangladesh. Dhaka Metro orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days; other districts typically arrive in 3–7 business days after confirmation. Remote or disrupted routes can take longer.

Delivery fees

Dhaka delivery starts at ৳120. Delivery outside Dhaka starts at ৳150. Orders of ৳5,000 or more qualify for free standard delivery unless an exceptional courier charge is shown at checkout.

Address and parcel checks

Please provide a reachable Bangladeshi mobile number, district, upazila or thana, area, and detailed address. Parcel inspection before payment depends on the assigned courier and is not guaranteed. Report transit damage to customer care as soon as possible with photos of the parcel.
