Size exchanges

Request a size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from marks or fragrance, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Returns

We accept returns for incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Change-of-mind returns require approval and may exclude original and return courier charges.

Inspection and refunds

Approved refunds are processed after inspection. Digital payments are normally returned through the original payment route; COD refunds require a verified bank or mobile-financial-service account. Processing time depends on the provider.
