Refund policy.

Refund eligibility is confirmed after the returned item is received and inspected. We notify you if the request is approved, adjusted, or declined.

Approved online-payment refunds are sent through the original payment route where supported. COD refunds require verified payout details. Bank and mobile-financial-service processing times are outside our direct control.

Original or return courier charges may be deducted for approved change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable delivery charges when we supplied the wrong item or a confirmed defect.
